Julie Rasberry
Family Resource Clinic

Julie Rasberry is the Founder of the “Family Resource Clinic”. She started the clinic in 1991. Julie is married to Bryan Rasberry, and they have 5 sons together, Brent, Steven, David Jr., Brandt, and Elisha. She is also a proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren.

Family Resource Clinic is a non-profit organization that helps those that are pregnant, abused and their children who are in a state of crisis. They also provide prenatal guidance. They offer a clothes closet, food pantry, assistance with diapers, and support groups.

Julie is committed to safeguarding the health of families. She is a well known speaker to men and women to offer a message of healing and hope. Julie has a ministry of reconciliation to reconcile those who are lost, and brokenhearted to God through Jesus Christ.

Julie founded the “Livingston Parish Pastors Association”, which was proven to be a success. She also incorporated the “You Are Unique Program” into local schools, churches and groups. All are oriented towards abstinence. Julie is a certified teacher for the “Discovering Your Giftedness” in which she conducts workshops throughout the community. Her desire is to see people reach their full potential in Christ and to operate in their gifting and calling. As a concerned American citizen, Julie has lobbied in-house and appeared before the LA House of Representatives fighting against certain bills that did not uphold family values. Julie has also had a seat on the board for the “Livingston Parish Republican Women” for several years.

Bryan Rasberry- President
Family Resource Clinic

My name is Bryan Rasberry, I am the President of the, “Family Resource Clinic”. I am married to Julie Rasberry founder of the clinic. Together we have five boys and seven grandchildren. I served three years as a “Bible Study Leader” in the local church. I attend Revival Temple in Walker. I have various interest and hobbies. I enjoy riding motorcycles. I am the former President of the, “Goldwing Riders Club”. After 31 years of service, I retired from British Petroleum, “BP”. I volunteer my time now to purse full-time ministry at the clinic.

Joyce Butler – Support Advocate
Family Resource Clinic

Joyce Butler is a Support Advocate at the Family Resource Clinic. She has been a part of this ministry since 1995. Joyce and her husband Ronald have been married for 37 years. They have three children, DeWain, Luke, and Tiffany. They are also blessed with three grandchildren.

Joyce has a compassion for families facing difficult circumstances. She is full of God’s love and has a servant’s heart. She is always behind the scene assisting with support groups, or in the counseling room ministering hope to women in need. She is a tremendous blessing to everyone.

Lora Bordelon- Data Entry
Family Resource Clinic

My name is Lora Bordelon. I have been with the ministry since 1992. I am the Support Director which requires me to manage all the financial and statistical data and reports for our board of directors. I founded and lead a pregnancy support group for single women named “Baby & Me”. This group began in June 1997 and helps women as they progress in their pregnancy through means of emotional and physical support. I have a strong desire and compassion to see these women reach their potential goals. I have been married to my husband, Jody for the past 34 years 35 in 2016. We have 3 children, Brandon, Brittany, and Miranda. Jody and I are also blessed to be grandparents.

Hannah Stanley – Public Relations/ Fundraising coordinator
Family Resource Clinic

Hannah Stanley is currently the fundraiser coordinator and deals with public relations for the clinic. She has helped with a lot of fundraiser’s the past few years. She first got started with the ministry by meeting Julie Rasberry’s youngest son Elisha Stanley her high school sweetheart. They ended up getting married in august of 2013 right after high school. She has no kids at the moment, and she is such a fun spirited person. Hannah started off by volunteering in 2012 with counseling and helping out at the clinic with little to big things that needed to be done. She is very well organized, and is always happy to serve the Lord anyway she can. She felt in the past year that this was something she really enjoyed, and she always has an open heart to the clients that walk through the door. Hannah has a huge heart to help people in need and help them any way she can.

Ava Doiron-Smith – Financial Director
Family Resource Clinic

Ava Doiron-Smith is currently the financial director for the Family Resource Clinic. She started out as a volunteer in 2010 and then became Clinical Director in 2011, then transitioned to the Financial Director. Ava has a heart and passion for those facing crisis pregnancy because she was adopted at birth and then her and her husband Stephen adopted their oldest daughter from Florida’s Department of Children and Families. Ava started going on mission trips to Mexico with her parents as a child. Upon graduating High School, she went on a mission trip to Mexico for her senior trip to help distribute food, clothing, toys, and essentials to orphans and the homeless. Ava received a Bachelors in Accounting and minor in Management from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2000. Shortly thereafter she married her husband Stephen and moved to Florida where Stephen was stationed in the United States Air Force. While in Florida, She was an active volunteer in her church participating in their Back Pack to School program and their program that provided toys to children in the Foster system. She was a volunteer in the children’s ministry and on staff as the accountant for the church and school. In 2009, Ava and her family moved back to Louisiana. She currently attends Faith Tabernacle Church where her and Stephen have been actively involved in whatever capacity they are needed. Stephen and Ava have been married 11 years and have two daughters.
